Physio-led Accessible Yoga is Yoga for everybody, taught by a neuro physiotherapist and yoga teacher. Traditional yoga practices will be adapted as required to suit a wide range of abilities and levels of mobility. We will flow through sequences of seated, standing and floor yoga poses adapted to suit each individual, with meditation, breathing practice (pranayama) and guided relaxation (Yoga nidra).

YogaPhysio classes are open to people of all abilities and ages. They are aimed towards people living with a health condition or anyone in rehabilitation from illness or injury. They are also ideal for anyone who wishes to start or build a Yoga practice but doesn’t feel able to attend a "normal" Yoga class.
